At Jusoory, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our users. Please review our refund policy carefully before making any payments.

1. General Refund Policy

Jusoory offers both free and paid services. Refunds are available under specific conditions, as outlined below.

2. Donations

All donations made through Jusoory are non-refundable.

Since donations are voluntary, users receiving funds are not obligated to issue refunds.

Jusoory does not mediate disputes between donors and recipients.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Refunds for premium subscriptions are only granted under the following conditions:

• If a user is charged incorrectly due to a billing error.

• If Jusoory discontinues a paid service before the end of a subscription period.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

4. Premium Templates

Due to the nature of digital products, all premium template purchases are final.

Once a premium template is accessed or downloaded, it cannot be refunded.

5. How to Request a Refund

• Payment receipt or transaction ID

• Reason for the refund request

• Any relevant supporting information
